OUR
SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping
for all orders above US$ 50 will be through the
US Postal Service, Federal Express CorporationTM
or UPSTM. Shipping may also be done
by any other carrier, if such a request is made
by the buyer. Orders below US$ 50 may also be
shipped through FedExTM/UPSTM,
at the sole discretion of ProBeautyCorp.
Shipping
Chart
In case a shipment of value less than US $50 is
not shipped by FedExTM/UPSTM,
the shipment will be sent by Registered Air Mail.
Delivery for such shipments will normally
take place between 8 to 10 days.
We ship to all countries having Diplomatic relations
with the United States.
DOMESTIC
SHIPPING - Shipments to USA and its Territories.
INTERNATIONAL
SHIPMENTS - Shipments to other countries other
than the USA and its Territories.
Tracking
Number
After the dispatch of the Shipment through FedEx/UPS,
the customer shall be communicated by email an
Internet tracking number, which can be tracked
on the FedEx web site www.fedex.com.
UPS tracking numbers can be tracked through www.ups.com.
This number normally becomes operational within
24 hours of dispatch. After the number has become
operational and has been provided to the buyer,
the article shall be deemed to be delivered to
the buyer.

Delivery Chart
Period
of Delivery
The normal period for delivery to Asian, European,
and Australian destinations is between 4 to 10
business days. However, ProBeautyCorp
does not guarantee any time limit of delivery.
In odd instances, a consignment may be delayed
due to extraneous circumstances such as delayed
Customs clearance, Flight delays, etc.
Customs
Clearance
The consignment will be delivered to the buyer
at his/her doorstep by the Carrier, after all
customs formalities have been completed. The Carrier
will be responsible for the clearance of the shipment
from Customs.
The
above policy is applicable to Retail Orders only.
Exceptions
to the above may be noted in the following cases
:
- Mannequins
and Erasable Masks : Mannequins and Erasable
Mask will be shipped by USPS Priority Mail,
FEDEX, UPS or Registered Post Parcel by Air,
duly insured, within 3 business days of receipt
of the order.
- Cosmetic/Makeup
Products : Cosmetic & Makeup Products
requires 3 to 5 busines days, after which
it will be shipped by Federal Express or UPS,
as per our regular Policy, as stated above.
All products will be sent duly insured, at
no extra cost to the buyer.
- Books
: All books showcased are subject to availablity
with the publisher. In case a Book purchased
is out of print, the full amount of the purchase
will be refunded to the buyer.
- Air/Water
Purication Systems : All systems showcased
shipped by Registered Post Parcel by Air,
duly insured, within 5 business days of receipt
of the order.
